Jasmine Prasetio, Country Head-Indonesia & Director-Asia of  Sotheby’s

Jasmine joined Sotheby’s in Singapore in 2004 and moved to Hong Kong in 2009. She has played a key role in developing the category of Southeast Asian art, which includes Indonesian art, with the curation and presentation of bi-annual auctions, as well as growing the collector base and platform for this department.

In 2012, she was responsible for the conception and execution of Boundless: Contemporary Art in the successful inaugural auction that features Asian and Western contemporary art for the first time in Sotheby’s Asia. Jasmine was Guest Curator of the semi-retrospective exhibition Christine Ay Tjoe: Perfect Imperfection at SongEun Art Center in 2015, which marked the artist’s first solo exhibition in Korea and was also the first time a comprehensive survey of Indonesian visual art was held at a non-commercial space in Korea.

With her current role as Country Head, Jasmine is now based in Jakarta, where she oversees the development of Sotheby’s in Indonesia. In her spare time, Jasmine is a regular contributor for Forbes Indonesia and is an avid and passionate foodie, with a culinary Rolodex that ranges from comfort food to fine gastronomy discovered during her travels.


 Joey Alexander, Jazz Pianist

From teaching himself to play at age 6, Joey won his first Grand Prix in 2013’s Master-Jam Fest at age 9. He has since produced three albums, played for world leaders and music masters, and received three Grammy Awards nominations.
