Melinda Tedja is a remarkable woman who brings an acute business sense to her partnership with her husband, Alexander Tedja. Both Melinda and Alexander have been responsible for the establishment of the Pakuwon Group since 1982. To date, they have successfully launched Blok M Plaza, Tunjungan Plaza, Permata Berlian Apartment, and Gandaria Main Street, a multi-concept project that includes apartments, an office block, a hotel and a shopping centre in Jakarta.
